1st Year Lino

This project  took place over an 8 week period where  1st years students explored and looked at the exterior of abandoned places.. 

These places are always overlooked but hold so much beauty.  We  investigated these sites by sketching, photography and note taking.  They created lino prints inspired by the forgotten landscapes, then cut and collaged their prints together to build a visual narrative. The final piece combined collage and print to suggest imagined narratives and histroies within these places
